Entrepreneur / restauranteur, George Brown, and Chef Henry have gone to additional lengths to develop a menu that draws from the local farms, using the freshest and most ethically sourced ingredients, featuring dishes drawn from Central American and Caribbean tradition.

Everything is either crafted on-site, or made from scratch. Fresh bread is baked daily, homemade chocolates, freshly roasted coffee, and juices prepared at your request. Combined with our menu of wines, craft beer and kombucha on tap, we’re a hot spot for foodies and locals alike, making it a great place to connect with, or just observe Nosara culture.
